| The Ito Juicer is a manual juice
press from Japan. It allows you to juice fruits and vegetables without
electricity. We searched long and hard
for a manual juice press. The only ones we found were the K&K press and
the Welles press, which cost several hundred dollar and use a 2
ton hydraulic jack as the press mechanism. We finally found an inexpensive
alternative that we import from Japan.
In order for fruits and vegetables to be juiced in this
press, they must first be prepared.
- Fruits: Need to be cut up into small pieces.
- Vegetables: Need to be grated finely and/or cut into small
shreds.
- Pulp produced from other juicers can be pressed without
further preparation.

Make Pure and Fresh Juice
- This juicer will make a juice that is pulp free, without
destroying valuable nutrients.
- You can make an adequate quantity of juice when you desire.
Very Simple to Use
- Young and old alike can use this juicer quite easily.
The theory of leverage is used to extract juice
- The simple design of this juicer makes it easy to disassemble
and clean.
Juice Nourishing Rinds
- Vitamin C is contained in higher quantities in the rind of
citrus fruits than inside the fruit and this juicer will extract juice from the skin.
Look What's Left after Juicing with the Ito Juice
Press

After juicing grapes, only the skin and seeds are left.

After juicing strawberries, only the stem and tiny seeds remain.

| Did you know that the pulp
produced by many juicers on the market may contain up to 45% more juice? In a recent test, we juiced 2 pounds of baby carrots with a well known
centrifugal ejection juicer. It produced 16 ounces of juice, which is standard for
an ejection juicer. We ran the pulp through our ITO press, and we were
rewarded with 37.5% more juice, or 6 ounces. The pressed juice was pulp free and
very smooth tasting. Read more about our test here. |
